About me
Dr. Alex Kmet is a Métis physician in the Yukon working as a palliative care specialist and GP oncologist in addition to his history as an anaesthetist in the OR. His work abroad includes missions with Médecins Sans Frontières in both Central African Republic and Iraq. In addition to volunteering as a board member with Hospice Yukon Society, he is currently past president of the Yukon Medical Association and Chief of Medical Staff at Yukon Hospitals.
