Desiree Blackjack is Northern Tutchone from Little Salmon Carmacks First Nation from the Crow Clan. She is the Visionary and Founder of Thay K'i Anint'i. After beginning her own healing journey in recovery, she started TKA to fill the gaps in the aftercare sector to offer culture and a different form of healing to residents of the Yukon.
Thay K'i Anint'i walks beside individuals on their addictions recovery healing journey, we offer support, resource information, cultural programming, recovery coaching & community workshops and healing groups. At TKA we heal as a family unit, children are welcome, rides are provided and all programming is created by the people for the people.
