About me
Kyla Wright (she/her) is a health system strategist supporting primary healthcare reform efforts in the Northwest Territories. As the manager for Systemic Design and Integration, she works with multidisciplinary teams to co-design, implement, and evaluate change toward a culturally safe and anti-racist health and social services system using relational design principles, community-based research, capacity building, and quality improvement. Her roles as a naturopathic doctor and emerging researcher (UWaterloo MSc candidate) provide ongoing learning and grounding in the experiences of patients. She raises her family, 10- and 2-year-old, as a second-generation settler guest on the unceded lands of the Yellowknives Dene and Treaty 8 territory.
